- For made-to-order or embroidered pieces, please allow 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Within Pakistan
- We offer nationwide shipping through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges may vary based on location and order size; applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders.
3. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via reliable courier services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or similar).
- International delivery timelines range between 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
